We've made every effort to display accurate colors, but minor differences may occur. Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and other factors.

Regular delivery time is 5-6 working days.

For Make to Order and Custom orders it will take 12 – 15 working days for stitching process and 8 - 10 working days for delivery. 

Should there be any delay due to any given reason, you will be informed via phone or email regarding status of shipment.

We charge USD $19.99 shipping rate in the United State of America and $29.99 USD in Canada on all online orders below $500. Upon placing an order, you will receive an email from our Customer Service to ensure order accuracy. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our warehouse for shipment.

 

Canadian Orders – Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other applicable charges upon arrival. These fees are determined by Canadian customs authorities and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Customers are solely responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or customs fees required to release their package. These charges are collected by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.

If a package is refused due to unpaid duties and taxes, any return shipping fees, customs charges, or other related costs will be deducted from your refund. Refusal to pay will result in the package coming back to us and we will only refund the customer back for the contents in the package and not for the shipping charges.
