Exchange / Refund Policy

No exchange & refund policy on sale items. Any product bought from Charizma online store can be exchanged from online store with-in 14 days, the products must be in their original condition unused with a price label attached along with the invoice. Please note that due to your laptop Screen settings and photographic lighting, the product color may vary. Moreover, all fabric pieces, or patches included in the product, are mentioned in the product description on website.

No extra amount will be charge for the exchange of the same article; however, exchange will entirely be dependent on the availability of the article. Exchange with a different article is also possible but the additional cost of the exchange article will be paid by the customer.

After getting your exchange/return query, your order will be first checked by our relevant team after assessment you will be offered an exchange (depending on the availability of the article)

Charizma does not provide exchange/refund for custom, make to order orders.

Exchange Procedure

For exchange you can contact our customer service by emailing us at support.usa@houseofcharizma.com or can contact on +1 (310) 303-2617 along with your order number.

Customers will be required to ship the items back for exchange to the address provided by our team.

In case of a faulty/incorrect item delivered to you, the return shipping cost will be reimbursed as an online credit voucher.

For exchange of a non-faulty item, the customer will bear the return shipping cost along with the exchange charges guided by the team accordingly.

Credit voucher or your desired exchange item will only be provided once the team has received your returned items.

Refunds

We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed to customers in exceptional cases i.e the product is out of stock or appears to be faulty. Otherwise there is no refund policy. 

Refunds will be issued to the same instrument (credit / debit) card that was used for the original purchase or Zelle Acoount. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes.

Shipping and handling costs if any are non-refundable. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

After the return is received (items must be in perfect condition and have their inside labels), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be refunded. It can take up to 07-21 days for an item to be received at our fulfilment center, and it takes 2 business days from time of receipt for the refund to be processed and 7-14 business days (depending upon your bank) for the refund amount to reflect in your account.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before the order is confirmed / processed. Once the order is shipped you will receive an email regarding tracking information.

Customer may cancel their order of make to order, custom articles within 1-2 working days.

After an order is shipped, the 'Exchange Policy' applies on your order (where applicable). Charizma reserves the right to cancel / amend an order. Most common reasons include: Item is not available, customer address / contact info is not valid, Credit card payment is declined by the issuer.
