RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At House of Charizma, your satisfaction means everything to us. We’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth, transparent, and enjoyable.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for regular-priced items. To be eligible for exchange, items must be:

 ● Unused and unwashed

● In original condition with all tags attached

● Accompanied by the original invoice Exchanges are processed for the same article, subject to availability.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange, refund, or store credit: 

● Sale or discounted items

● Custom-made articles

● Made-to-order pieces

These items are specially prepared and finalized for you.

Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

● Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, House of Charizma will provide a prepaid return shipping label. We will cover the return shipping cost to ensure the issue is resolved smoothly.

● Size Exchanges or Change of Mind: For size exchanges or exchanges due to personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

All return requests must be approved by our team before shipping. Store credit or replacement items will be issued once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

 Store Credit

If your requested item is unavailable, or if a replacement cannot be arranged, store credit will be issued once the return has been approved.

Refunds

House of Charizma operates under a general No Refund Policy. However, in rare circumstances where an item is confirmed faulty and no replacement or store credit solution is possible, a refund may be processed to the original payment method.

 Please note:

● Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

● Refund processing may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank

 Order Cancellation

 Customers can initiate a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing their order. After this timeframe, their request may not be fulfilled.

 Once an order has been shipped, our Exchange Policy will apply
